I am Ruth Lustgarten a certified MatWork & Pilates Standing instructor by he PhysicalMind Institute. A Reformer I, II & III, Balanced Body, TRX Functional training, Barreology and Rollogy instructor.

As Joseph Pilates said “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness".

Pilates’ views of wellness & fitness made me even more passionate to pursue this passion 10 years ago. Pilates gives you the freedom of movement that your body requires in to stay healthy.
